Originally from Indiana, Tracie's work style reflects her Midwest core values. Hugs feel authentic, plates overflow and you're treated like family because to Tracie, it's about personal connections.

Location
As co-owner of COL Kitchen & Cafe in Loveland, Tracie works out of one of Northern Colorado's largest commercial commissary kitchens. Opening to the public in Q3 of 2022.
Our service area includes all of Northern Colorado- Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, Fort Collins, Estes Park, Drake, Berthoud, Wellington, LaPorte, Bellevue, Campion, Firestone, Longmont, Johnstown, Timnath, Severance, Mead, Gunbarrel, Hygiene, Erie, Lyons and Boulder. We can easily serve Denver north and from Cheyenne south. Other locations are open to discussion.
