Now, I could not tell you exactly what she did...I only know I did not enter the kitchen after the set-up staff left, and all catering needs were taken care of by the time she left! I could not even tell we had a party in our home except all our friends and family raved about the food and validated we chose the perfect caterer. I consider that a huge success. I also appreciate your menu selection and your flexibility with everything. The Bloody Mary Shooters were a big hit and the leftovers were enjoyed at breakfast for Eric, Matt and their ten friends who spent the night. Everything was simply perfect!"
